When will my order ship?

All items in our shop are ready to ship unless specified as made to order or presale.

Order processing takes 3-4 business days & we only ship on Thursdays.

A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed after order has been made and processed. After receiving your tracking number, please allow a few days  for information to be updated for delivery.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, Tarte & Bean Co no longer has any control of the package. You will need to get in contact with USPS for any questions, concerns or file a claim if package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

Do you offer local pick ups?

Sorry at this time we do not offer local pick ups or drop offs.

Do you ship internationally?

Because of the huge increase in shipping costs, we only ship throughout the US.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order within 24-hours from the time of your purchase and receive a full refund. Email tarteandbeanco@gmail.com with header: CANCELLATION.

After, 24-hours cancellation will no longer be applicable and your order will be processed.

What is your return/exchange policy?

For sanitary purposes all items are FINAL SALE!
